“Apple sole loses right to “i” as part of the name in its products”


A Sydney court has ruled that Apple Corp does not have exclusive right to "i" when naming it's products. Apple lost it's fight to have a small wholesaler marketing their wares as Dopi, iPod spelt backwards. Lucky for us they haven't tried suing the the local grocer for trying to sell us apples.
